You can ship your pigs for points when they are mature. From the Pig Pen or the Pig Plaza, drag the pig you want to sell to the truck at the top right, then select "Ship" in the popup which comes up.
If your pig has not grown enough, you'll be told that "piglets cannot be sold" when you move it to the truck.
